Tenebris Somnia system requirements

Use the Steam table. It asks for 8 GB of RAM and 13 GB of disk. GOG still shows a demo-era line of 1 GB RAM and 2 GB of disk. That older line is not the retail requirement.

What the route feels like

I almost copied the GOG sidebar, because it is the first requirements block on a store people trust. Then I put it next to Steam. GOG still says 1 GB of RAM, DirectX 9, and 2 GB of space, which is the demo-era card. The retail install is 13 GB. If you size a drive off the GOG number you will run out of room during the download. I am keeping both figures on the page so the conflict is visible.

Why GOG disagrees

The GOG product page was still showing Windows 10, a 2.4 GHz dual core, 1 GB RAM, DirectX 9, and 2 GB of space. That matches the demo period, not the 13 GB retail install on Steam. Until GOG updates the card, treat Steam as the requirement and GOG as the store for the DRM-free installer.
